End effectors for wafer handling
are made in a number of different materials and with
different technologies.
Carbon fiber allows to obtain pieces
featured by high rigidity, thin section, light weight
and high shock resistance.
Our technology is based on the use
of high module carbon fiber wich is optimal from the
mechanical point of view.
To prevent any kind of contamination,
the area in contact with wafers is covered with special
teflon/ceramic material, wich is cut to obtain th right
vacuum seal shape.
