HAND TOOLS FOR WAFER HANDLING

Carbon fiber allows to obtain pieces featured by high rigidity, thin section, light weight and high shock resistance. We apply this technology not only to end effectors to be mounted into automatic equipment, but also to hand tools and wands for manual wafer handling.

Our technology is based on the use of high modulus carbon fiber wich is optimal from the mechanical point of view.

To prevent any kind of contamination, the area in contact with wafers is covered with special teflon/ceramic material, wich is cut to obtain th right vacuum holding shape. Special versions with micro holes can be provided to handle thin wafers or very thin, flexible wafers.

We also produce handles for our tools. All handle are made by clear anodized aluminum, with interchangeable tips.

Special tips are also available for the standard wands available on the market, to fit special applications.
