Standard and custom design Microscope Stages

Our microscope stages are designed to fulfill any need of microscope inspection for semiconductor industry.

We manufacture manual and step motor driven units, with mechanics built around precision recirculating ball sliders and rails, driven by precision ball screws.

Our units can be mounted on any microscope, and we are able to manufacture custom design stges for any special need.

Our stages can be connected to standard stage controllers by interface cables, or can be equipped with our own stage controllers and inspection software.
