Thermocouple instrumented wafers are the best tool to control  process parameters in all the cases where temperature distribution is critical.

This PC software, used together with our TWP wireless profiler, is the ideal solution for an advanced temperature profiling with data logging.

TWP wireless profiler is supplied with an handheld terminal with its own interface software.

This software is the PC version of the interface, featuring the same functions and an additional graphics interface to display the real time temperature trend for each different channel:
