APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
This is a double hook shaped, carbon end effector. It is made by a single 3 mm layer or by two layers of 1.5 mm carbon laminate, and replaces an aluminum original part with milled vacuum pads.
Basically our part is more durable than the bendable original. The teflon pads vacuum distribution is made to assure better grip especially on thin wafers and to optimize the handling. The teflon contact is better than the direct metal contact to avoid scratches on wafer surface.
