APPLICATION DESCRIPTION

This is an 8" , fork shaped vacuum end effector, featured by a particular vacuum distribution shape. The vacuum area is done by a special multi channel double layer pad, which is intended to assure both the wafer retaining and the action of the air shuffle to detach the spacer sheets.

Our part is featured by a better durability vs, the original. The original is made by carbon fiber, too, but the type of carbon is fragile. The picture is about the 1.0 release, with a conventional vacuum pad.
